MP HC Dismisses Application for Compounding of Offences Based on Compromise Between Parties - (04 Feb 2022)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court has dismissed an application filed for compounding of offences under Sections 307, attempt to Murder and Section 498-A, Cruelty to wife read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, based on a compromise between the parties involved.
