SC Refuses to Pass Interim Order to Restrain Coercive Steps Against Future Retail - (03 Feb 2022)

Supreme Court has refused to pass any interim order to restrain coercive steps by the consortium of banks against Future Retail Ltd(FRL) over loan defaults.
