Karnataka HC Dismisses 11 Contempt Petitions Filed Against Its Registrar General with Cost - (03 Feb 2022)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Karnataka High Court has dismissed 11 contempt petitions filed by one Jeetendra Kumar Rajan seeking action against the High Court Registrar General, imposing cost of Rs 1 Lakh for each petition, observing that nobody can be permitted to tarnish the image of the temple of justice.
