ITAT, Ahmedabad: No Disallowance for Interest Expenses if Investment to Acquire Control - (03 Feb 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Ahmedabad has held that no disallowance can be made for interest expenses if the investment was made to acquire the controlling interest in the company.
