DEFENCE

Union Budget earmarks 68% capital procurement budget for domestic procurement. Defence R&D will be opened up for start ups, private industry and academia. Independent nodal body to be set up. AI, geo spacial systems, drones, space economy, pharma has immense potential for sustainable development.
