Gujarat HC: Insurance Company Cannot be Liable for Indemnity if Driver Does Not Have Valid Licence - (01 Feb 2022)

Gujarat High Court has held that an insurance company cannot be held liable for indemnity if the driver of the offending vehicle does not have a valid license on the date of the accident.
