#Economic Survey 2021-2022: Impact of Pandemic on Balance of Payments - (31 Jan 2022)

India’s balance of payments remained in surplus throughout the last 2 years, allowing the Reserve Bank of India to keep accumulating foreign exchange reserves equivalent to 13.2 months of merchandise imports and is higher than the country’s external debt.
