AP HC: Section 52 TPA Does Not Bar Grant of Temporary Injunction Under Order 39 CPC - (31 Jan 2022)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has ruled that Section 52 of Transfer of Property Act, 1882 does not operate as a bar to grant of temporary injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, of Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
