Jharkhand HC: Defence Of Accused Cannot Be Put Forth At The Stage Of Framing Of Charges - (28 Jan 2022)

Jharkhand High Court declined to quash criminal proceedings against a public servant, where the trial has already begun noting that at the stage of framing of charge, the defence of the accused cannot be put forth.
