Kerala High Court Grants More Time To State To Frame Comprehensive Policy On Illegal Flag Masts - (28 Jan 2022)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court has granted three more weeks’ time to the State government to draw up a comprehensive policy to deal with the menace of illegal flag masts in the State. The court states that since this is a matter of policy, the court deem it appropriate to grant the requisite time.
