Gujarat HC Stays Centre's Move to Withdraw Anti-Dumping Duty on PVC Flex Films - (27 Jan 2022)

Gujarat High Court has stayed the Central Government’s decision to withdraw anti-dumping duty on the imports of PVC Flex Films from China on plea filed by one Qrex Flex Pvt Ltd.
