SC Stays SAT Remark Against Adjudication Officer for Failure to Deliver Notice on Time - (25 Jan 2022)

Supreme Court has stayed the Securities Appellate Tribunal's judicial dishonesty remark against an adjudication officer of the Securities and Exchange Board of India for the alleged 10-year delay in sending show cause notice to an individual.
