Delhi HC Grants Interim Relief In Trademark & Copyright Infringement Suit Against Fake Kajaria Tiles - (24 Jan 2022)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has issued a temporary injunction under Order 39 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, restraining the Defendant from infringing the tile manufacturer's registered trademarks, copyright, domain names, etc.
