Delhi HC: While Granting Bail Court to Have Reasonable Grounds to Believe Innocence of Accused - (24 Jan 2022)

NARCOTICS

Delhi High Court has observed that while granting bail under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, a Court must have reasonable grounds to believe prima facie innocence of the accused and that the accused will not commit a similar offense while on bail.
