Jharkhand HC: Murder of Driver on Duty Not Proximate to Nature of Employment - (24 Jan 2022)

Jharkhand High Court has set aside a decision of the Commissioner which awarded compensation for the murder of a truck driver on duty under the under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923.
