Kerala HC Grants Bail to 33-Year Old Disabled Woman for Dropping Newborn in Water - (21 Jan 2022)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has granted bail to a 33-year-old woman suffering from multiple disabilities who allegedly dropped her newborn into a bucket of water, resulting into the infant's death. The infant was her sixth child, and reportedly a consequence of unintended pregnancy.
