Kerala High Court Extends Validity of All Interim Orders Till February 21 Amid COVID-19 Surge - (19 Jan 2022)

CIVIL

Kerala High Court has extended the life of all interim orders passed by all courts and tribunals falling under the supervisory jurisdiction of the High Court for another month taking into consideration the surge in Covid-19 cases and the Test Positivity Rate in the State.
