P&H HC: Filing of Supplementary Challan Cannot be Deferred Because Anticipatory Bail Pending - (18 Jan 2022)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that filing of a supplementary Challan under Section 173 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 cannot be deferred merely because an anticipatory bail application is pending.
