SC Asks States to Complete Identification and Rehabilitation of Children in Street Situations - (18 Jan 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has asked the States to complete the identification and rehabilitation process of the Children in Street Situations at the earliest. The Court has directed all the District Magistrates to involve Special Juvenile Police Units, District Legal Service Authorities and voluntary organisations in identification of such children.
