Kerala HC: Directors of Company Cannot be Implicated Without Specific Averments - (17 Jan 2022)

Kerala High Court has ruled that Directors of a company cannot be implicated without specific averments indicating their role in the offence, particular because there is no provision in the Indian Penal Code that provides for vicarious liability upon them.
