Delhi HC: Senseless Violence over Trivial Issues Has Become Endemic - (14 Mar 2016)

Delhi High Court has irked over prospect of tendencies of creating senseless violence over trivial issues and said it is spilling over to affect general populace leading to chaos and a state of anarchy.
