AP HC: When Person is in Settled Possession and Enjoyment of Property, He Cannot be Dispossessed - (13 Jan 2022)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has reiterated that when a person is in settled possession and enjoyment of a property, he cannot be dispossessed, except by following due process of law.
