HP High Court Dismisses Plea Seeking Compassionate Appointment in View of State's Policy - (13 Jan 2022)

SERVICE

Himachal Pradesh High Court has dismissed a plea seeking compassionate appointment filed by a son while noting that his mother is already in Government Service, and therefore, as per the State policy on compassionate appointments, he can't be given employment assistance.
