Patna HC: Telecom Companies Violating TRAI Guidelines By Not Lodging FIRs in Cyber Frauds - (13 Jan 2022)

Patna High Court has observed that the Telecom companies are violating the guidelines of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) by not registering First Information Report with regard to the cyber frauds committed by using their SIM.
