Calcutta High Court Modifies Certain Conditions to Hold Gangasagar Mela - (12 Jan 2022)

CIVIL

Calcutta High Court has modified certain conditions imposed earlier while allowing the State Government to hold Gangasagar Mela amidst the fresh surge in Covid-19 cases in the State of West Bengal. The Mela is scheduled to take place from January 8 to January 16, 2022.
