Gauhati HC Asks Assam Government to File Affidavit on Police Encounters in BJP Rule - (12 Jan 2022)

Gauhati High Court has asked the Assam government to file a detailed affidavit on the police encounters that have been taking place since BJP returned to power in the state in May 2021.
