Supreme Court Rejects ED's Plea Against Order Granting Bail To Deepak Kochhar - (11 Jan 2022)

Supreme Court of India has dismissed Enforcement Directorate's plea against Bombay High Court's order in the multi-crore ICICI Bank-Videocon money laundering case granting bail to Deepak Kochhar, husband of ex-ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar.
