Kerala HC: Development Of Roads To Be Done Bearing In Mind The Future, Not Just Present Requirement - (11 Jan 2022)

Kerala High Court recommended that the State government should consider designing roads for the future amidst all the ongoing discussion about K-Rail project SilverLine. The Court stated that development of roads will have to be done keeping in mind the future and not the present requirement alone.
