Delhi HC Upholds Interim Injunction Against Cigarette Brand TOPAZ For Using 'Similar Packaging' - (10 Jan 2022)

Delhi High Court has upheld the ex-parte interim injunction passed against TOPAZ, a cigarette brand, for allegedly passing off its goods as that of another cigarette brand, TOTAL, by adopting deceptively similar packaging/ trade dress.
