Orissa High Court Quashes FIR Considering Inaction To Conclude Investigation For Long 15 Years - (10 Jan 2022)

Orissa High Court quashed the FIR and the consequent proceedings taking into account the inaction of the investigating agency to conclude the investigation in a Criminal Intimidation case for as long as 15 years.
