Delhi High Court: Father Cannot Relinquish His Responsibility Towards Unmarried Daughters - (10 Jan 2022)

Delhi High Court has observed that a father cannot abandon his responsibility of looking after his unmarried daughters. The court held that father has a duty and obligation to maintain them, including taking care of their expenses towards education and marriage.
