Gujarat High Court: Official Language Of The Court Is English - (10 Jan 2022)

Gujarat High Court has stated that the party cannot insist on addressing the Court in any other language as the language of the Court is English. The Court referred to Article 348 of the Constitution which mandates that the language of the Court shall be English.
