NCLAT Chennai Bench Stays Insolvency Process Against Tata Projects Limited - (07 Jan 2022)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Chennai Bench has stayed the order against Tata Projects Limited to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process upon being informed to the tribunal that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement.
