Allahabad HC Denies Bail To Accused Of Committing Rape By False Promise To Marry - (07 Jan 2022)

Allahabad High Court has denied bail to the accused of committing Rape by establishing a physical relationship with the Victim on a false promise to marry her and subsequently, threatening her to accept the Muslim religion.
