P&H HC Quashes Income Tax Order as No Opportunity of Hearing Afforded to Assessee - (06 Jan 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed the Income Tax Order as no opportunity of hearing afforded to assessee. The Court has allowed the petition with a direction to pass a fresh speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
