Delhi HC: Once Bail is Granted Pending Completion of Trial, Same Must Not be Retracted - (05 Jan 2022)

Delhi High Court has observed that once bail is granted to an accused pending completion of the Trial, the same must only be retracted in the face of grave and exacerbating circumstances, reiterating that personal liberty is one of the cherished constitutional freedoms.
