Gauhati HC Asks State to Apprise Court of Alleged Encounter Killings and Action Taken - (04 Jan 2022)

Gauhati High Court has asked the State Government to apprise the Court about the alleged encounter killings and the action taken by the State in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) plea moved before it seeking an independent probe into the alleged fake encounters of the Assam Police.
