Supreme Court Stays Bail Granted to Accused in Bulandshahr Violence - (04 Jan 2022)

Supreme Court has stayed the order of the Allahabad High Court granting bail to one of the main accused, Yogesh Raj, in the Bulandshahr mob violence case- which claimed the life of police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh. The Court has directed Yogesh Raj to surrender within 7 days.
