Delhi HC: False Declaration by Candidate on Educational Qualification Can be u/s 123 (4) - (28 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has held that a false declaration made by a candidate qua educational qualification can be brought within the four corners of section 123(4) of Representation of People Act, 1951.
