TDSAT Stays TRAI Order on Allowing Subscribers to Port Out of Network from Service Provider - (28 Dec 2021)

Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has stayed the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) orders which allowed subscribers to port out of their network from their service provider irrespective of their tariff plans in the Vodafone Idea appeal against the regulator’s order.
