P&H HC: 17 Yr Old Muslim Girl Competent to Enter Into Contract of Marriage with Person of Choice - (27 Dec 2021)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted protection to a 17 Year Old Muslim Girl who married a 33 Year Old Hindu Man, noting that she is of marriageable age under Muslim Personal Law in a protection plea who solemnized their marriage in a Hindu temple.
