SC Says, Our View Not Enough to Render Punjab Termination of Agreements Act, 2004 Invalid - (10 Mar 2016)

Supreme Court has clarified that its ruling on the Presidential Reference on validity of Punjab Termination of Agreements Act, 2004, would not render the Act unconstitutional or illegal.
