Delhi HC Sets Aside Order Rejecting Claim for Reimbursement of Medical Expenses - (28 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has set aside the order passed by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi rejecting the claim of the petitioner, a retired Judicial Officer and a member of the Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme, for reimbursement of a sum towards the amounts spent by him for treatment of his wife, remarking that more sensitivity needed in claims for reimbursement of medical expenses of senior retired employees.
