Delhi HC: Presence at Preferred Jurisdiction Material Fact for Execution of Maintenance Order - (23 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has observed that the presence of a person at preferred jurisdiction at the time of application for maintenance against him under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 would be a material fact for execution of the said order of maintenance.
