Madras HC Directs on Streamlining Policy for Women Athletes And Their Fair Treatment - (22 Dec 2021)

Madras High Court has issued comprehensive directions to the respondent authorities to streamline the policy that pertains to such women athletes and their fair treatment, in an order that elaborately discusses the concept of intersectional discrimination meted out to disabled women athletes on account of their gender and disability.
