Karnataka HC: Child Visitation Rights of Muslim Man Diminishes on Getting Married to Another Woman - (23 Dec 2021)

Karnataka High Court has held that child visitation rights of a Muslim man diminishes to a great extent, on him having married to another woman during the subsistence of the first marriage.
