Bombay HC Dismisses Appeal Filed by NIA Against Bail Granted to Naresh Gaur - (22 Dec 2021)

Bombay High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) against the bail granted to Naresh Gaur, an accused in the Antilia bomb scare case.
