Delhi High Court Issues Notice on Plea for Upgradation of Technology to Detect Traffic Violations - (21 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has recently issued notice on a Public Interest Litigation seeking adequate technological infrastructure for monitoring traffic violations under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
