Allahabad High Court Directs to Frame Rules on Grant of Maternity Benefits - (20 Dec 2021)

Allahabad High Court has directed Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University to frame rules and grant various maternity benefits to the expectant mothers and new mothers who are pursuing various courses in the University.
