SC: Applicability of Scheme for Appointment on Compassionate Grounds Based on Fixed Criteria - (20 Dec 2021)
Supreme Court has held that the applicability of a modified scheme with respect to an appointment on compassionate grounds would be based on a fixed criteria, like the date of death, rather than an indeterminate factor, like the date of consideration of the claim.
